Spanning the millennia-old Shu Roads from Jiange to Zhaohua in northern Sichuan, this epic trail starts at Jiange Stadium and ascends to the summit of Daping Mountain at 1,073 meters above sea level. The route traverses geological wonders including the twin peaks of Jianmen Pass, the ancient cypress forest of Cuiyun Corridor, and the cloud-wrapped terraced fields of Chaotianping. Runners will follow moss-covered flagstone post roads from the Qin Dynasty and winding bamboo forest trails with dramatic elevation changes.
